All transactions will be spoken and written in the Japanese language. If you can't speak and read the language, car rental reservations can only be accepted if accompanied by a Japanese speaking translator or traveling companion.
Reservations made without knowledge of the Japanese language or without the assistance of a translator will not be approved at our check in counters.
